Our amazing PTA is dedicated to making our school a fantastic place for our students, teachers, and families. Here’s just a glimpse of what we make happen!

Book Fairs: We organize the entire event — ordering books, setting up booths, and helping our kiddos learn about managing money while they shop for their favorite reads.

Class Trips: While teachers choose the destinations, the PTA covers the cost of the trip and transportation. From off-campus adventures like the zoo, whale watching, and the Heritage House, on-campus experiences like Walk Through California and Walk Through the Revolution, the Gold Rush and special assemblies, we ensure memorable learning experiences for all.

Yearbook: The PTA handles it all — designing, creating, and distributing this cherished keepsake.

5th Grade Tiles: Those fabulous tiles displayed around our school? The PTA helps 5th graders design them, handles the firing and glazing, and pays to have them installed as lasting memories.

Onsite Events: From Welcome Back celebrations to Trunk or Treat, Jog-a-thon, and our beloved Carnival, the PTA funds, organizes, and staffs the incredible events that bring our school community together.

Teacher & Staff Support: We provide funds to help teachers purchase classroom supplies, PBIS prizes, nursing supplies, and other essentials that aren’t covered by district budgets.

School Safety & Beautification: We’ve upgraded the library, designed and painted the beautiful MPR murals, added security fencing, and repaired the handball courts — creating a safer and more inviting school environment.

Binders & Folders: We provide the blue folders that go home each Thursday, plus reminder binders for 4th and 5th graders to build organization skills and prepare for middle school.

School Spirit: Our PTA selects, orders, and distributes all of the fun spirit wear that unites our school community.

Watch D.O.G.S.: We proudly run the Dads of Great Students program, promoting positive male role models and showing students that education matters.

Reading Support: We fund the Accelerated Reader (AR) program for all students, helping foster a love of reading through engagement, choice, and achievement.

Supporting the Arts: In recent years, we’ve organized and funded Meet the Masters and purchased much-needed supplies for our music program.

• Organizes after-school food trucks and restaurant nights

• Shows appreciation to our incredible teachers and staff throughout the year

• Continually looks for ways to make school a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every student
