  • What You’ll Do: Lead the PTA by setting goals, running meetings, and guiding the board and committees. You’ll represent the school community and ensure everything aligns with PTA mission and bylaws.

    Time Commitment: Ongoing throughout the year; busiest during planning and major events.

    Best Fit For: A confident leader who enjoys collaboration, organization, and helping a community thrive.

    Why You’ll Love It: You’ll shape the school experience for students and families—and see the impact of your leadership firsthand.

  • What You’ll Do: Support the PTA President and help keep everything running smoothly. You’ll step in for the President when needed, attend meetings, and help officers and committees stay connected and informed.

    Time Commitment: A few hours per month; increases during events and planning seasons. Mostly flexible and meeting-based.

    Best Fit For: Someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed.

    Why You’ll Love It: You’ll be at the heart of PTA leadership and make a meaningful impact—without carrying the full load alone.

  • What You’ll Do: Manage the PTA’s finances, including tracking income and expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring proper financial procedures are followed.

    Time Commitment: A few hours per month; slightly more during budgeting and reporting periods.

    Best Fit For: Someone trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.

    Why You’ll Love It: You’ll ensure funds are used wisely to support programs that directly benefit students and families.

  • What You’ll Do: Handle deposits, record incoming funds, and provide accurate financial records to support the Treasurer and board.

    Time Commitment: Flexible; busiest during fundraising and event seasons.

    Best Fit For: Someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling paperwork and deposits.

    Why You’ll Love It: You’ll help ensure financial transparency and keep school fundraising efforts on track.

  • What You’ll Do: Keep accurate records by taking meeting minutes, handling official correspondence, and maintaining important PTA documents.

    Time Commitment: A few hours per month, mostly during and after meetings.

    Best Fit For: Someone detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.

    Why You’ll Love It: You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role that keeps the PTA running smoothly and professionally.

    • What You’ll Do: Build relationships with local businesses and secure sponsorships for the school year. You'll help order sponsor banners and coordinate their display on campus.

    • Time Commitment: A few hours per month; busiest July–September. Most work is remote!

    • Best Fit For: Someone friendly, organized, and confident reaching out to local businesses.

    • Why You’ll Love It: You'll help bring in critical funds for school programs—plus, you’ll flex your networking muscles!

    • What You’ll Do: Lead the planning and execution of one of our biggest fundraisers! Includes organizing the run, coordinating volunteers, and managing prizes for students and classes.

    • Time Commitment: Busiest September–October. Light work the rest of the year.

    • Best Fit For: People who love event planning, teamwork, and school spirit.

    • Why You’ll Love It: It’s high energy, the kids love it, and it raises significant funds for our school!

    • What You’ll Do: Promote PTA membership at the start of the school year, track signups, and coordinate fun incentives and contests by class.

    • Time Commitment: Heaviest in August–October; occasional check-ins afterward.

    • Best Fit For: Organized, social individuals who enjoy encouraging participation.

    • Why You’ll Love It: You help build our PTA community and make families feel connected from day one.

    • What You’ll Do: Coordinate snacks and refreshments for PTA meetings, and lead the food & beverage efforts for Staff Appreciation Week.

    • Time Commitment: Steady, low commitment throughout the year; busier in May.

    • Best Fit For: Someone thoughtful, detail-oriented, and who enjoys making people feel appreciated.

    • Why You’ll Love It: You’ll be a key part of showing love to our amazing staff—and everyone appreciates a good snack spread!

    • What You’ll Do: Organize our festive fall event with decorated trunks, games, and food vendors.

    • Time Commitment: September–October

    • Best Fit For: Creative, fun-loving folks who like putting together a party.

    • Why You’ll Love It: This event is a blast! You’ll help create magical memories for our students and families.

    • What You’ll Do: Coordinate two Book Fairs a year. Work with vendors, handle orders and set-up, and organize volunteers for shifts.

    • Time Commitment: Moderate. Busiest during fair weeks (fall and spring).

    • Best Fit For: Book lovers, planners, and multitaskers.

    • Why You’ll Love It: You’ll help kids discover a love of reading—plus, it smells like new books all week long!

    • What You’ll Do: Assist the PTA President in planning this holiday event and movie night. Help coordinate vendors and activity stations.

    • Time Commitment: Moderate, mostly October–December.

    • Best Fit For: Creative event planners with an eye for festive fun.

    • Why You’ll Love It: This cozy, community-driven event is a crowd favorite—and you’ll be behind the magic!

    • What You’ll Do: Collaborate with Mrs. Lowy to coordinate the WATCH D.O.G.S. program, engaging father figures in school activities.

    • Time Commitment: Light, spread throughout the year.

    • Best Fit For: Dads or male guardians who want to be involved in a meaningful way.

    • Why You’ll Love It: You’ll be a visible, positive role model—and kids love seeing dads on campus!
